Use your products. Give your skin time to drink them in. If you are not in love within 30 days of delivery, we will make it right with a refund, an exchange, or store credit. Yes, even if you have opened it and tried it.

THE DETAILS

  • Return window: 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
  • Opened is okay. We want you to truly try your ritual. Returned products are never restocked or resold.
  • What you get back: a refund to your original payment method for the amount you paid. If you used a discount code or bought during a promotion, your refund equals the price you actually paid.
  • Timing: refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days of your return being processed.
  • Prefer a swap? We are happy to exchange or issue store credit instead.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email info@kleosandklea.com with your order number and, if you are open to sharing, a note about what was not working for your skin. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If anything arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email info@kleosandklea.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping, no matter how the item was purchased.

GIFTS WITH PURCHASE

If returning part of your order means it no longer qualifies for a free gift, just include the gift with your return. Otherwise the gift’s value is deducted from your refund.

THE FINE PRINT

  • Gift cards are not refundable.
  • Items clearly marked Final Sale at purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit (damaged or incorrect items are always covered).
  • Subscription orders are covered by this guarantee like any other order.
  • We review return activity and may decline returns when the guarantee is being misused.
  • Wholesale, spa, and professional partner orders are governed by your partner terms, not this policy.
  • Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the laws where you live, including 14-day withdrawal rights for customers in the EU and UK.
