The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services and may include:

  • Device, network, and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, cookie or similar identifiers, referring pages, pages and products viewed, links selected, and interactions with the Services. An IP address may reveal an approximate location.
  • Marketing information, such as your subscriptions, consent records, communication preferences, and interactions with emails, advertisements, and campaigns.
  • Mobile messaging information, such as your telephone number, mobile opt-in record, consent status, message content and replies, delivery or read information, and link activity associated with SMS, MMS, or RCS messages.

How We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information:

  • Directly from you, including when you place an order, create an account, join a marketing program, submit a review, complete a form, or contact us.
  • Automatically through cookies, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies when you use the Services or interact with our communications.
  • From service providers and business partners, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment and shipping providers, Klaviyo and other communications providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, social platforms, and review or customer-support providers.

How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Provide the Services, process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, manage accounts, and handle returns, exchanges, and reviews.
  • Communicate about orders, accounts, customer service, product availability, and other service-related matters.
  • Send email, SMS, MMS, or RCS marketing when permitted, including promotions and cart reminders, and manage subscriptions and consent records.
  • Personalize the Services, recommend products, measure performance, understand how customers use the Services, and improve our products, communications, and customer experience.
  • Conduct analytics and advertising, including measuring campaigns and presenting advertising that may be more relevant to you, subject to applicable consent and opt-out rights.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and other harmful or unlawful activity.

We and our partners, including Shopify, use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Services, remember your choices, understand use of the Services, personalize your experience, measure marketing, and provide advertising. Some technologies are necessary for the Services to function. Others may be controlled through a cookie banner or other privacy control where offered. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep track of products you place in your shopping cart, including when you abandon your cart. We use that information to determine when to send cart reminder messages by email or text message if you have provided the consent required for that channel.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. Any disclosure for analytics or advertising described in this section excludes mobile opt-in information and mobile consent status, which are governed by the Mobile Messaging Privacy section below.

  • Service providers. We disclose information to providers that perform services for us, such as website hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, data hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, customer support, reviews, and email or mobile-message delivery.
  • Shopify. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our store and may use information from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide, protect, improve, and personalize its services, including advertising-related services when enabled.   • Analytics and advertising partners. We may disclose identifiers, commercial information, and device or internet activity to analytics and advertising partners to measure campaigns, understand use of the Services, and provide or improve advertising.   • At your direction or with your consent. We disclose information when you direct us to do so, request a service involving another party, or otherwise consent.

Mobile Messaging Privacy

This section applies to our SMS, MMS, and RCS messaging programs and controls if it conflicts with another part of this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information, text messaging originator opt-in data, or SMS, MMS, or RCS consent status with third parties or affiliates for advertising or promotional purposes or for any purpose unrelated to providing our mobile messaging program.

We may disclose mobile messaging information only to service providers that help us provide and support the program, including messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, carriers, and vendors that assist with message delivery, customer support, security, or legal compliance, and when required by law. These providers may use the information only for those purposes.

We use mobile messaging information to document and manage consent; send promotions, cart reminders, order updates, and support messages; process replies; honor opt-out requests; measure delivery and engagement; prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with law. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

RCS business conversations are not end-to-end encrypted. Messaging platform providers, delivery partners, and carriers may process message content and related information to deliver and support messages and to prevent fraud or abuse.

Shopify Network Intelligence and Privacy Choices

Shopify Network Intelligence is currently enabled for our store. Shopify may securely use information from your interactions with our store together with information from your interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including services that support personalization, analytics, fraud prevention, and advertising. No other Shopify merchant can view our customer data through Shopify Network Intelligence.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of processing that is considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. When our store-specific Your Privacy Choices page is available in your location, you may use it to submit an opt-out request. You may also visit Shopify's Privacy Portal to manage certain choices concerning Shopify's processing.

The mobile messaging limitation above applies to this section. Mobile opt-in information and mobile consent status are not sold, rented, or shared for advertising or promotional purposes.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain our relationship with you, keep required business and transaction records, honor communication preferences, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, why we use it, and applicable legal requirements. Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security method or electronic transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information through unsecured channels.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to or a copy of personal information we maintain about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of personal information.
  • Request portability of certain personal information.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. You can opt out of mobile marketing as described in the Mobile Messaging Privacy section. These choices do not prevent service-related communications that are necessary to complete a transaction or respond to your request.

Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may link to websites, applications, or services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We encourage you to review those notices before providing personal information.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not knowingly sell or share for targeted advertising the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal obligations. We will post the updated policy on this page, revise the "Last updated" date, and provide any additional notice required by law.
