KLEOS+KLEA defines a twenty year quest for complete skin nourishment, the creation of two powerful methods grounded in a deep connection to nature.

It shares the personal journey of our founder, Tammy Demos, a luminary with two decades of pioneering experience in skincare, known for challenging industry norms. In 1999, she helped revolutionize professional skincare with one of the purest product lines available, Cosmedix, and again in 2007, she co-created another innovative beauty brand, Osmosis Beauty. Yet, despite her innovations, she still grappled with her own skin challenges.


A different solution was imperative, requiring an entirely new approach to skincare.


Driven by the determination to treat her own premature aging, rosacea and pigment issues.  Tammy took a break from traditional skincare to pursue something that she had been working on for a long time.

With decades of research and development, Tammy felt optimistic yet was still not aware that her alternative approach would not only transform her skin but also deeply nourish and heal the skin of hundreds of others, laying the foundation for what we now call the Purifying Method and the Nourishing Method.

The story of KLEOS+KLEA is a departure from the norm. It began with a simple curiosity: the desire to infuse clean formulas with essential nutrients, recognizing their superiority over traditional skincare products. 


This realization came after a moment of reflection—a break from the conventional—to discover the profound potential of nature’s ingredients.

Nature became our laboratory. Our process diverged from the typical approach; instead of relying on external labs, Tammy created her own, formulating nature’s potent ingredients alongside a chemist in Los Angeles who embraced her pre-existing formulas that proved to heal, nourish, protect, and rejuvenate skin.

KLEOS+KLEA embodies this evolution, offering nutrient-rich skincare brimming with vitamins, lipids, and minerals—known as the Methods—inspired by Tammy’s personal quest to nourish the skin with the essential nutrients it truly desires.
